About Me

   I joined Prudential Jack White Vista Real Estate as a residential REALTOR® in 2001.  I represent both buyers and sellers and take pride in putting customer service first. I've consistently been a Prudential Top Producer since 2003.  What that means to you is my listings sell and the buyers I represent are now living in homes that make them happy. I'm currently serving a 3 year elected term as Director of Communications on the Anchorage Board of REALTORS® - that's the professional organization that holds real estate professionals to the highest standard of ethics.  I'm a member of Prudential Jack White Vista Real Estate's Presidents Council, which is a small group of REALTORS who act as liaisons between management, customers and fellow REALTORS to make sure we're doing everything possible to provide the best service to our real estate clients.  I also participate in our company's mentorship program - guiding new REALTORS through their first experiences representing buyers and sellers to make sure they get their careers off to a bright start.

As of 2008, Sue Siok joined me as a licensed real estate assistant.  She has a solid background in professional relocation and brings in strong administration and communication skills to ensure our level of customer service to you just keeps getting better.  Where did I find her?  She's a real estate client who says she was so happy with her service...she decided to come work with me.

Most of our business is from word of mouth referrals or repeat clients, but we're always ready to help new clients as well.

Our specialties include:

Relocation - We work with all primary relocation companies to help employees in the oil industry, medical profession, airline industry, military and other government and professional agencies relocate to/from Alaska with as little stress as possible. 

Residential Properties - We service clients in every stage of life.  We'll take extra time to walk first time homebuyers through every stage of the process - to make sure their first investment is a smart one.  Sue and I have both been there! I relate to the corporate go-getters - the buyers/sellers who are moving up in their careers and want to surround themselves with a little more luxury when they come home.  We understand growing families and the need to find a home with a yard to play in, a neighborhood within a good school district and an area with strong resale value because it likely won't be the house they'll retire in. I have two young daughters of my own.  And when the kids grow up and move out on their own, we understand that you may not want a big house any more and that downsizing makes more sense.  We listen to what's important to your family and your finances and we'll work with you to find the best fit.
